Technology Council

Periodically, the technology coordinators and technology representatives for the member school districts in the Intermediate Unit 1 service area are invited to attend a Technology Council meeting at the IU1 Central Office. This provides a central communication spot for the coordinators. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss mutual items of interest such as state initiatives and breaking technology, and also to have an opportunity to network.

Providers of relative technology products and services are invited to speak on areas of interest to the council. This provides an opportunity for education in new technologies for the attendees as well as free time to ask questions of the provider regarding support and services they offer.

Agendas will be forwarded shortly before each meeting. All meetings will be held at IU1 beginning at 10:00 am, with lunch being served at approximately 12:00 pm.
