This Request for Proposal (“RFP) seeks to procure the following services. The technical
requirements for each service group are set forth in Section 2 of this RFP.
1.6.1 RWAN – Regional Wide Area Network (“RWAN”) leased lit fiber broadband
transport circuits to interconnect districts and schools in the region
1.6.2 Internet Access – Internet Access Service to serve the schools and districts that
are interconnected via the RWAN to be delivered to the IU’s offices.
