Congratulations to Madison Anthony, the most recent recipient of the Literacy Council of Southwestern PA’s Postsecondary Scholarship Program. The scholarship program is a program for non-traditional students who complete the Intermediate Unit 1 Adult Basic Education and Career Readiness Program and transition to a postsecondary program.
