- Java Runtime Environment Version 6.0, Update 5 or latest version (Free download)
- Shockwave (Free download)
- Macromedia Flash Player (Free download)
- Acrobat Reader (Free download)
- QuickTime or RealPlayer (Free downloads)
- Microsoft Compatibility Pack for Office 2007
- Speakers should be available, but not necessary for all classes
All of the free software is available through links in our courses. If the computer does not already have it loaded, they could automatically download it from our course web links.

- You will receive a username and password at orientation
You can view a catalog of IU1 online summer classes at this website without logging in. Use the Courses tab, select Intermediate Unit 1 from the column on the right, and open the Online Summer School link to view the lessons and course syllabus.
District computer labs will be available from Ringgold, Canon-McMillan, and Albert Gallatin. Directions to these schools will be available after May 15.
Calendars with dates and the computer lab times for each location will be available after June 26.
