Installing the Client

1. Run the install wizard:
2. Pick the defaults until you get to the screen that says Polycom CMA Server Address. Pick ‘Specify’:
3. Type in 72.237.88.87 IP and continue with defaults:
4. When you launch the CMAD client, your username is your last name first initial. You must put local\ in front of your username. Password is your last name, first initial, the @ sign, and pc. (i.e. Username: local\smithd, Password: smithd@pc)
5. Once you are logged in, you can connect to any Polycom unit by using their IP address or using our bridge.
