The competition consisted of a total of 10 questions — eight individual and two group questions.
The initial opportunity to answer the individual questions consisted of a five-minute time period. After the five-minute session, a student may turn in their solution. A student who did not submit an answer after the first five minutes was then read a clue and had a second opportunity to submit an answer.
The event lasted approximately three hours. The students were provided a snack half way through the event and a lunch.
After lunch, group and individual winners were announced and each received a trophy for their accomplishments.
Thanks to the many individuals who assisted in making this event become a huge sucess, and congratulations to the exceptional young mathematicians!
